From all
the negativity we are facing, just sit alone, drink water and have a packet of
Parle-G. Then sleep silently keeping all the thoughts away from you. This is
the best way to stay happy. Yeah, I mean negative vibes make us annoyed, sad,
mad and anything that we must not be. The things that I told you will
help you so much to be calm. Negative thoughts will fly away like a migrant
bird leaves a country. Just like birds come back, negativity will also come
back, but we must be ready to fight against it. Negative thoughts bring some
bad vibes like revenge, jealous, anger and all. We all know that or at least
have heard that the person is never good or bad, it depends upon the situation
through which the person is passing from. Japanese Yin-Yang symbol is a symbol
that depicts white as good and black as bad. There is always some black in
white and some white in black and when combines together it depicts life.
Similarly,
there is some positivity even in
negativity. There is a famous dialogue of Harry Potter movie that “Happiness
can be found even in the darkest of times! If only one remembers to turn on the
light”. Bring the happiness in the life in the darkest of times but it will not
come itself. You have to fetch it! By the way, these things are also part of
life and we carry them with us through out the life as memories and when we try
to remind them sometimes we laugh and sometimes we cry.
